1 package of yeast
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbs of melted butter
4-5 cups of all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 425 degrees (this heat from the stove will help the dough rise) Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, sit to the side until it start to bubble and foam (roughly 8-10mins) then add salt.  Using a spoon not a mixer, add flour one cup at a time until it pulls away from side of bowl (will form a ball). Place dough in a clean bowl and cover with towel and let rise until it doubles in size (about an 45 mins to 1-1/2 hours). Sprinkle counter with flour (use little as possible) roll dough out onto counter to about 1/2 inch in thickness, Pinch and roll into golf ball size balls, dip in butter and place 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Cover with towel and allow to rise until it double in size (45 mins to 1-1/2 hours) Remove towel and bake at 425 for 15-20 mins.

Gorilla Bread

1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
3 (12-ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits (10 count and i don't suggest using flaky ones)
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts (personally, i use pecans)

Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon and set to the side. In the microwave, melt the butter, then add brown sugar, stir well; set aside. Cut the cream cheese into 30 equal cubes. Press the biscuits out with your fingers, Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each biscuit, wrapping and sealing the dough around the cream cheese (will resemble and 1/2 moon), then roll into the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Sprinkle the nuts into the bottom of the bundt pan. Place half of the prepared biscuits in the pan. Layer the remaining biscuits on top, (should only have 2 layers of biscuits) pour brown sugar/butter mix over biscuits. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Place a plate on top and flip the gorilla bread out of the bundt pan. (Careful, it will run a little and will be extremely hot)
